Title: 1977 Yamaha YZ400D Project Bike $1500

1977 YZ400D.  Rare opportunity to purchase this 99% complete project bike.  Frame rolling with good plastics (yellow US) and wheels however motor dismantled. Missing outer ignition rotor and needs a RH crank case I recall.

Aside from that it is mostly all there including the original pipe in good condition. 

The bike was raced a year or two ago and the barrel was rebored at that point although I can't seem to locate the piston now :(

A great pre 78 open class project bike.

I sold one of these about 30 years ago. Wish I didnt now. Needed a LH crankcase though.
