Here are some 31mm
Do you know what width you need or what stem length or offset you need etc? What about the forks, leading axle or non leading axle will determine what offset your should need. I am sure there would be plenty on ebay.

Don't need a stem for leading axle forks but need to be able to slide forks through top clamp past the handle bars

If you cannot find what you need in 31 mm but you have larger you could machine up some split bushes to sort it.

1) You can buy some 30mm and ream them.
2) You can buy some 32mm and shim them with 0.5 shim metal from every bearing selling service.
3) I have some XR 200 83 model triples I dont need.

Early-mid 80's DR/SP/DF 125 are 32mm leading axle clamps and have laid back bar mounts which will allow sliding the forks up. But unless the offset and width of the your current bottom clamp matches, it will mean using the matching 32mm suzuki lower clamp aswell. Adapating this to another bike would be tricky because this suzuki lower clamp is all steel and has welded in stem so if you need to change stem then its gonna be tricky. Either you need to find a top clamp that matches your lower or you need to use a lower and upper that will match your frame with no mods to stem required or if stem mods are required then make sure the lower triple is an alloy one with press in/pinch up fitted stem that you can easily remove, put in lathe and shorten or fit a new one. You have not said what bike you need the clamp for. All Balls site has a bearing chart that shows you what size bearings each bike has and if its easily possible to swap triple clamps from one make onto another.

Jim would a set of offset bar clamps allow you to do what you want? There are many suppliers on ebay. I have used them on a TY250 to get rid of the TY rearward bar offset and bring the bars forward. You can use them the opposite way to move the bars rearward. Give me a ring if they may help as I may even have a set you can have if they are any good to you.
They look like this

That way you make your search for triple clamps much simpler
