Title: Near Canberra pre season (Vinduro) fettle and chin wag
Post by: dont on January 09, 2016, 04:08:13 pm
You don't have to live near Canberra but that's where we are (well across the hill from the VTR Yass Vinduro site):
27 Feb, Saturday, come as early as you like, room for campers if you want.
More chin wag than riding, probably still quite hot and there's only about 4 km of riding but enough to make sure the stead is ready - if you came last year same thing.
Garage space if you find 'stuff wrong' and need to have a fiddle.
BBQ will be running and I'll have an esky and ice.
message me if you need directions,
Don

Nice one Don.
Would love to come for a ride and a chat but with heaps of stuff coming up I will have to wait and see how things pan out.
With a bit of effort and luck I will hopefully have my XL500s ready for club rego soon.
Also what do you think of my latest acquisition?

It's a great idea. VERi had a similar club weekend last year, and will definitely be looking into another in 2016. Some decent rain would help the cause though...

Well next saturday is the day and the weather looks like it will be good.
If you're undecided and not sure of the location we're between Yass and Gunning about 6 km off the Hume Highway.
Any one need directions  how to get here?
The BBQ will be running and if some bunnies poke up their heads at the right time through the week we can pop 'em in the kettle stove.
