Title: Where to buy in Oz, 200cc XR Chinese copy motor

I have a XR200 roller that i want to fit a Chinese electric start motor so my wife can try Vinduro riding. Anyone know where you can buy just the engines and how much?

Has anyone done this conversion? I have done a pit bike to postie engine swap, it was fairly easy.

Hi Dennis,
I have the 82 XR200 roller that was the donor to Reg's current Suzonda build.
So my question is:
Can I re-power that roller with one of those cheap Chinese replacements too and ride it in VTR?

wouldnt the chingca motor be a carry over like the white frame xr200's are?

Mick You would have to  E Mail VTR on I think ..

 DIRTPILOT72  asked a Where he could get a Motor   ..

  are they a Copy of a Honda  XR  250  or CT 200   or from a Quad  Motor or Not

 would be my first Question ..

Says CB250 in most of the ads I saw. So roadbike.
