What's the best way to get a frame from Salem Oregon? Parcel or importer?

I've used Shipito a few times for smaller items they use air freight tho - you can select what courier or postal service you want, but a frame ain't gonna be cheap due to the dimensions. Another alternative is Wade at DDR Gold Coast he should be able to sea freight it to you from his depot in LA. he also has a guy that can pick it up for you over there for a fee.
