Title: Paint chipping off from my frame!!

What should I do to fix it and prevent it from chipping off again??

depends on where it is - poor paint work or chips from stones etc - not be able to do much about stone chipping?

Maybe try POR15 2K hardnose range of paint. Apparently it's pretty strong.
