Title: YZB exhaust pipe - Geoff Morris
Post by: Rossvickicampbell on December 23, 2015, 08:57:08 pm
I know, despite what I say on the forum, I am a bit of a Geoff Morris convert but received my OW replica pipe from Geoff yesterday for my YZB.  For those that don't know anything YZB is rare as hens teeth - couldn't get a header pipe (thanks John  ;D), exhaust pipe or silencer for quids - but Geoff jigged for it and the pipe and matching silencer are a typical Geoff work of art - most impressed I am.  The original can now be placed in the cupboard and stored carefully.

Thanks Geoff - very nice.

regards

Rossco

I'm only a novice, but I'm pretty sure we need at least one picture. :)

Thanks guys
Rossco if those kind words are just to get me to go easy on Collingwood your sadly mistaken, I had my conscience surgically removed years ago ;D

This system is a bit of an odd one, I jigged a muffler to fit the original chamber many years ago but I felt the original stinger was too small so when I designed the new chamber I made the stinger bigger in diameter which is why I sell this as chamber and muffler together as the original muffler won't fit this system. Naturally they would be available separately if the need ever arose.

Also with the muffler mount I felt was too close to the front of the muffler which wouldn't support the weight properly so it also comes with an adapter bracket which lets the muffler mount sit back further on the muffler

Thanks also to the Queenslander that dropped his bike down here for me to jig from
