Yamaha 1991 XT250 with restored 1980 tank

just had oil change
new oil filter
i have the blinkers and rear light if wanting to get registered
just need a headlight insert, Sumner park wreckers has one for $70
seat has a couple of small tears
missing plastic side covers - i made ones on bike
no key
has non standard throttle assembly
no battery
has chrome rack
comes with a power pipe
