I know they aren't going to be the quality of Mikuni or Keihin but it is an amazing price, I'm going to order one to have a look.

"GOMEXX
Standard of
JAPAN"
:o
"Made in USA, china" - some would remember the town of Usa, China. Famous.
-
at $27 not much to loose as youd pay that much or more for a used gen carby that will need at least a needle/needle jet or more, im interested in how good or bad the chingca copies are myself

It will work fine.

Not RM80;
brand new Honda mini carb for $12.34 including shipping anywhere in the world.
-
Personally, almost as amazing, is the price of a brand new, Japanese Mikuni from the Australian distributor.
Just a genuine comment, not any kind of judgment on these carbs.
$12.34 won't buy 3 basic coffees in Karratha or Broome!

Not too long ago, if you saw anything with 'Made in Japan ' on it, it was junk. Give it a while and you will say "Wow, 'Made in China', must be good!"

Incredible, less than $2 each and free delivery. Somewhere in that chain of supply is a raw materials supplier, a designer, a manufacturer, a wholesaler and possibly a retailer, all making an earn. I for one would be really interested to see what they are like, considering a bulb at the local servo costs $2.

Your not wrong, Incredible.
I have been buying AU$1 parts for my pushy (bell $1 and a drink bottle holder $1) which includes the item, packaging, seller ebay fees, seller paypal fees manufacturing and free postage to Australia from China. About 10 to 18 days delivery. And the drink holder isn't small.
I can not even post the empty pakaging to my next neighbor for a $1, yet it is the same Aussie post guy who knocks and delivers.
Level playing field my ass.
So WTF chance does any enterprising Aussie have of competing.
Sweet FA. I have genuine reservations for the future of this wonderful land and its changing culture.
-
Here ya go,
This is what it costs to post the same drink holder to my next door Neigbour and I put 50 grams into the Australia post calculator

It just doesn't make sense. I suppose when you post something to another country the onus is on the mail delivery service in that country to get it to the consumer. Swings and roundabouts I guess, but with a heavily subsidised or corrupt system in China swinging everything in their favour.
Note: I am only saying corrupt because I am not in China at the moment, fortunately. If I were I would no doubt soon be languishing in some gaol at the government's pleasure for using the C word.
-
Most stuff from china is post free i reckon government pays postage trying to get overseas currency for sales into china. Scooter we service was 3.99 US for a CDI.

I just purchased a toner for my laser printer $17 instead of $87 good value if it fails - no print
Blinkers $8 per pair, if it fails no prob
would i buy:
Brake caliper / Master cyl form china copy, no chance, When it fails -(not if) it might hurt if the brakes fail. I actually just purchased a SH from evilbay for$99.
CHina copy carb no chance
