very very nice Davey,love the front end  8),& are they spigot mount amals,(i run them on my roadrace SL motor too), :P

cheers Mick..yes mk1 amals with alloy manifolds turned around and fitted in the honda rubbers...

Husky forks and front wheel..honda cr250m seat tank and yokes... dt250 cush drive rear wheel with alloy rim
A standard SL 350 weighs in at 368 lbs i got this down to 286lbs  8)

You've done well Davy to balance the bike & make it look like it's meant to be. Imagine if you worked for honda back in the day, the SL350 would've been a massive sellout. Jimson

what a beast. a mate has a very original green model and he has spent some time getting close to all original except a big tree fell on his shed a while ago and flattened the SL tank accross the top tube :-[
much unhappiness....

Thanks for the comment  :-[ its first race is on sunday.... we will see if the ignition, jetting,suspension,gearing and handling is any good ...ive only had it running in the garage .. starts first kick,idles,revs up..so cant be far away  8)

race day shakedown results... needs stiffer fork springs , a bit weak off idle , handles well , brakes are great and nothing fell off !
