Title: Blue Malcolm Smith tank for Yamaha IT/YZ/DT up to 1979

I have this tank for sale that is for monoshock Yamahas up to about '79. It uses the stock 2 bolt Yamaha tap and rubber mounts at the front underneath. The cap is a common bayonet type and nothing special. No cap included but i possibly can include one for an additional cost if I can find one. No tap included.

The tank was in pretty bad shape when i got it but I have done 90% of the hard work. Just needs a good polish if you want it real glossy.  I did not get that far as I found out it would not fit what i wanted it to fit so I did nothing more to it. There are no cracks or crazing or deep gouges or scratches. There is staining. Overall the tank has a slight greenish colour but it's far from the worse I have seen, it still looks blue. It is fairly even colour-wise over the whole tank. The photos make it appear lighter than it is though and if I am honest the photos make it look a better colour than it is.

These tanks in blue are very rare. I have only ever seen one other blue one like it. I don't think many blue ones were made
