Title: KLX250 Swimg Arm Axle Bolt

Hey y'all.

Desperately hoping someone has an Swing Arm axle bolt from any model Kawasaki KLX250. It will be the same bolt for 1979, 1980 and 1981 KLX 250's.

Pretty well any price will be acceptable, well kinda, but I am desperate. Thanks.

You maybe able to use an axle the same diameter. Any bike wreckers will have something the right diameter.

l measured one l have here at around 14.9 mm dia and a dirty kdx175 bolt around the same. I'll clean up the kdx bolt tomorrow and try it in the klx frame for size and length and let you know.

Even if you find one the correct diameter but to long, any reasonable machine shop should be able to shorten it and put a new thread on it.

The bolts are KLX 250  KDX 200/250 (common to a lot of mid 80's kdx/kx)  KDX175

The 200 bolt looks a good fit in the frame. Its about 3mm longer in the shoulder than the KLX bolt.
