Pretty sure steering stem is longer (TS 185 same length as TM 250 or RM 125S ) and fork legs a bit shorter .
Legs are same dia 30mm TS 185 has bigger hub ( same size as TM 250 or RM 125S )
So it all interchanges except triple clamps wont fit in TM frame without shortening stem .TS bottom clamp is steel with welded in stem .

Bill has it pretty well covered. use the TM triples with the 185 legs and 185 hub(185 hub is actually larger but lighter than the TM).TS185A forks have slightly more capacity and i think better springs. The TM triples have a slightly different configuration. the bar mounts behind the forks but ive never actually measured the offset.

early RM80 stanchions also fit but are a bit longer. they can be slid thru  if you use TM125 triples.
The TS hub will have the speedo drive and the lid from a tube of silicone gasket stuff fits nicely to cap it off
