so u are telling me yam used the k designation for the 84 and 85 sold bikes ?? could be so i guess , or are u telling me they were not sold or made in 84 and 85 , which is it ? u seem to know a lot

i just did a google search , there are a couple of references to it250n and more than one model code list going to a t model , also just to add if it is an n or a misplaced k it is basicially the same thing and if u r not buying (sold anyway) why make comment ?? and then use those little yellow circles with the faces ?

AFAIK, the "IT250N" was simply unsold stock of IT250L - I never figured out whether they were bikes sitting around in Australia through 1984, or whether Yamaha Australia bought superseded Ls from Japan for 1985?
The 250N doesn't show up in any of my parts lists or on yamaha-motor.com

The last IT 250 I can find listed was a "K" model
There was a 200 and 490 "L" listed
There was only a 200 "N" listed
Who were you talking to in the first place IMS ?
