THE CLASSIC SCRAMBLE CLUB WILL BE RUNNING AN EVENT AT MOYSTON FOR CLASSIC SCRAMBLE BIKES FROM PRE60 TO PRE78.
THE TRACK IS ALL NATURAL TERRAIN VERY SUITED TO THESE CLASSIC BIKES. CHECK THE PICS OF THE 2014 EVENT ON THE CLUB WEB SITE.
THE EVENT IS OPEN FOR HOLDERS OF A AASA LICENCE OR SENIOR MA LICENCE. AASA LICENCES CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE SIGN IN.
CAMPING IS ON SITE.
SIGNS WILL BE FROM MOYSTON AND ONCE ON REDMAN ROAD DO NOT TURN OFF THIS ROAD.

Peter what is the cost of the AASA license and entry for this event I cant seem to find it anywhere thanks.

THE AASA LICENCE IS $50.00 YEARLY AND THE ENTRY FEE IS $90.00 PER EVENT

Another great weekend. Weather cold but rain free, the track in perfect condition and the back drop (The Grampians) spectacular.

Ya, Sunday had a good rider turnout and a fair number of spectators.
The revised format gave me 15 races on 2 bikes.
Moyston track is a good long ride, must be 3 minutes or more per lap, with a mix of tight, deep sand turns on the tree-to-tree bottom section, some off camber sections and flowing and open further up the hill.
Of the 15 or so Victorian tracks I've been on since I started riding again 12 months ago, Moyston is the fastest, yet very safe with plenty run off at the corners. The very smooth uphill curved straight saw me just about flat out in top on the 370.
