Title: 1981 Honda CR450R fully restored and for sale.

Guys
I have my 1981 CR450R for sale.
It is currently listed on ebay for$8500.00 - I'm pretty motivated to sell the bike so if someone makes a decent offer they can have it.

its a beautiful bike, did you buy it restored or did you do it?  tell us a bit about the history as i have a mate who had one and restored one

I had a new one in 1981 when I was 16 years old - saved my money and bought it myself from Box Hill Honda.
I decided I wanted one again in 2005, put a wanted ad on ozvmx and found this one pretty quickly.
It was not restored when I bought it - I actually paid someone to do most of the resto.
Its never been started and has just sitting around in a storeroom at my work, it's time for it to go to a loving home.
