is the tc different from the ts barrel??

yep. lots different.
porting is only the start. TS uses 4 thru bolts to hold head and bore on .
TC uses 4 short studs to hold bore and 6 head studs.
It may fit the TS185A but Why go backwards with performance.

damn good price if you have a TC185
