4 speed would make it a 500 TC. Front end is a TC not a TE enduro. Small fins and the normal SEM ignition make it an 83 I agree. Chain tensioner is missing. I think four strokes all used same frame (rear frame loop enduro) hence a TC doesn't have floating rear brake like the CR's did. Modified larger foot pegs fitted. Very nice rare bike.
