LOL Scotty.... :P
Yes definitely not good news at all, and he isn't particularly excited about it either.
But he'll be back and quick again. :)

Just a thought....... I wonder what Bruce would think about the division in the Evo ranks at the moment..... After all, we all know how much he loved the Honda forks on his Honda's

PLEASE If you really want to discuss Bruce's position on rules etc then please start another thread. Take it further and the thread will be removed, not a threat just fact. There is a correct processes for suggesting or putting your view on rule changing and this thread is not it.
The Magoo teams event is about remembering the bigger than life character that was Bruce, do you really want to take it that way ::) >:(

The flyer is not up on the WEB page so email [email protected] and I can send you one
There will be only 2hrs rec riding on Saturday. Not sure if your daughter is a junior or senior. Juniors can ride 85cc 2T or 150cc 4T SW & BW moderns or up to 125cc classics/post classics. Naturally they have seperate practice sessions
Moderns are allowed but they need to respect others and keep in mind they are among Classic and post classic bikes ;)

keep those entries coming
-
>40 entries almost three weeks out! Keep em coming
-
one week out from closing date so save yourself $10 and get your entry in by next Friday
Entries are very strong.
This is the first year for seperate capacity classes for Pre90 in the EVO Challenge races on Saturday.
The MX de ERA teams racing on Sunday afternoon should be a hoot. "Magoo" would love this event as it is just a fun event with all ERAs combined as a team. Teams are allocated by random selection so do entry of 'GUN' teams :D.
-
Greg,
Are the Evo challenge races ALL IN or CAPACITY classes?
What length are the races?
How many Evo challenge races?
The forms you sent me are all filled in and would run at 98% affirmative. Will bring documents to Lakes.
Hoping to sign up another member to Heaven this week.
Cheers

EVO Challenge races are Capacity classes
EVO 125, 250 & >263
Pre85 125, 250 & >263
Pre90 125, 250 & >263
Two races for each capacity class with normal MX point score then combined from both races to decide final result
Saturday EVO challenge races will be minimum of 5 laps of full Lakes track
Last year (the first for the new team format for the Bruce "Magoo" McFarland shield) there were 12 teams in the MX de ERA event hoping for 20 (the maximum) this year 8)
-
Over 80 riders, almost all with multiple entries, to date.
The 'early entry fee discount' closes tomorrow night so save yourself $10 and get those entries in ;)
