Depends on what you call complete. Rear wheel has brake plate. Front has no disc. Could probably find axles if you need them. What are they worth to you $ wise?

don't need axles and should be able to source  aftermarket disc,
would you have the rear brake stay arm ?
would $200 get it done

Ok piney. $200 will do it. Plus postage, whatever that is. Send me your address via PM and I'll find out how much to post. Pretty sure I have a spare brake arm but it's probably bent. They all are!
