Hi Guys, can someone tell me the right quantity and best grade / type of fork oil to put in my RM125B? Also, how much air pressure?

What weight fork oil do you recommend? Original manual says 20W, with 20psi of air, thinking maybe 15W Motorex??

Why do you think lighter would be good? Are the forks stock internaly?
I have an old Shell oil manual and it lists 20 fork oil as 59 CST at 40 degrees closest non fork oil to that is Tellus 68 which is a hydralic oil. I have used it and the 32 version of it in the past and it works well.
The original oil and pressure specs assumed a rider of around 60kg and if you are like the rest of us I'd start with a little more pressure and oil weight and give it a go.
