That Honda 4 had the two up two down configuration...so essentially a 1000cc twin..

I have an  unserviceable stroked "fortwin' crank for the "K" series fours somewhere. It was removed with a demolition saw.. from a crushed and burnt out wreck. Kept it to clean up one day as a door stop maybe. ::)
