Hi all
Just bought a Sprite scrambler with a Triumph 500 engine. I'm considering registering it for road use in the UK, but to start that ball rolling I need the frame number. I've looked in the likely places (headstock, front downtubes) can't see anything obvious. Any suggestions regarding the likely location of the frame number would be appreciated!

Being a kit frame not sure they have them, we never found one ours.
VMX60 you aware of them ??

The two I know of do not have any numbers either, suggesting that was indeed the norm. Maybe a riveted plate?

Sprite Fastback frame numbers stamped under the old paint , very light stamp on the head stem . :)

No number found, and I don't want to take any more paint off!
