It translates into this path leads to the new Northland Indigenous Cultural and flax weaving centre Building whitch has been kindly funded by Lion Brewries and KFC . Unfortunatley we have used up the funding laying the path and paying for the sign writer to make this sign :-[

I have studied this seemingly odd language and it appears in part to be derived from Latin or atleast the drunken Romans after a few pints of Bitter in thier english period.
