I looked at that ebay one but according to his engine/frame numbers it is a 78C 250 and not 77B, but maybe 77 and 78 250 swingarms are the same? Might be an issue if that's the one you bought and need pre 77 legality.

Did a little research, yes it is a 'C' but RM250C (78) has the same part number as PE250B (77) #61100-41850-019
So technically it should be legal for pre78. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I couldn't see any reason why anyone would have a problem with the use of that particular swing arm. It's not the later Alloy arm.....

Well its the same part number as 77 PE250 so theres no problem. I would not have ever expected the MX and enduro swingarms to be the same but now i know.
