Wedding anniversary....Dammit!
First rule of getting married: make sure you do it either during the offseason, or on your wife's birthday.

We spent part of our Honeymoon near there 12 yr ago. She could go check out all the village markets. ;D
-
I will be there as usual - rain hail or sunshine
-
I'm in!
It's really a fun weekend.
Nathan, the format is great, ride on Saturday with your mates - tune the body and bike, bench race all Saturday night, then as they say 'when the flag drops, the Bull$%it stops........
-
I look forward to it.
Will get up there Friday night again.
Mick

I have the approved Regs just not on the MQ calendar Yet, should be by cob Monday.
The Classes are the same as last year:
7. CLASSES OF COMPETITION:
A. Pre 76
B. Pre 79
C. Evo under 200
D. Evo under 250
E. Evo Open
F. Air cooled under 200
G. Air cooled under 250
H. Air cooled Open
I. Pre 90 under 250
J. Pre 90 Open
It would be great to get some Pre76 bikes there. Remember you are competing against the clock and the bikes in your class It doesn't matter if there are guys on 89 CR500s. The track and format is set up for everyone to have good time.
Headlights are not necessary.

Good one Mick.
The track conditions are perfect 8) We're looking at using more of the MX track this year so it will be even more like a long GP track.
No headlight required, No deep water, No big hills. Great jumps, awesome corners, lots of fast straights.
Scoring with transponders, no one trying to run over you, enter on the day, one event licences available, The results will be on My Laps, heaps of practise time, Camping at Green park. The QLD sprint is the very next W/end so if you know any one who is riding that tell em to get a Pre90 bike and practise on the track, be it a small part and your going the wrong way ;D
Who's riding and what class?
For me.
U200 EVO

I'll be riding pre-90 Open :)
It'll even have a clutch lever!
-

Just to let you know we also give out Gold, silver & bronze medals. With transponders the presentation will be not long after the finish.

Huskys were ruling the roost. Most popular make there I estimate. Several 500 autos plus Shoeys 390 and I probably missed a few.

A Maico going well under the command of Mark Bowgart.
