Hi, does any one reproduce exhaust pipes for KX 500 1984 models? (air cooled) Many Thanks , JAmes

Contact GMC who is a member here. (Geoff Morris Concepts) He makes them and does a great job. I have one of his pipes and mufflers on my 82 KX250

Yep,  GMC jigged a pipe from my 84 KX500 so he can make one up for you.
