Title: Kx 250 a5 Swingarm Solution
Post by: trenchdigger on January 10, 2015, 06:13:56 pm
Hi there,
I'm restoring a 79 Kx250 and I am up to the swingarm bearings and bushings.
These bearings and bushings are flogged out. What was the best option or solution for this problem ?, as im struggling to find anything at the moment.
Thanks

Bronze bushes are the go you just need to find someone to make some up .
And ditch the bearings.
There was someone on here a few weeks back chasing the same bearings etc up someone put info from zedder with other kawaski models that will work on your model I can't find the topic now :-\
It might of been hardo on here  :-\

Nah wasn't me mate - but I believe I read a post about a TM250 resto and Oldfart (is that Stewy ??) knows of someone that can machine them up, or he does them himself... cant remember.....

Hope that helps...
