1975-76 paint colour for tank. I know the DT360a is green, but what about these models. I have recently seen one, that had a green tank, yellow guards, and to me it seems a 360. I know the 360 frame engine numbers are 446, and the 400s start at 501. Don't want to ask that question of him. I have google searched, but the models come up mostly as yellow, and to confuse things more, some photos are showing later models, which makes me unsure which are the B/C models. Just curious about the colours, hopefully someone here knows, and can put me straight.
Cheers, Mark.

In 1975 NZ got orange [My first new bike] and dark blue in the 250's [same as TY175's] and yellow for 400's....I have only ever seen yellow on 400's all round the world. 8). All the guards where silver.

Thanks Tim.
Iain I didn't think about that, just typed, and the bikes came up. Thanks for the tip, I'll be a bit more vigilant in future. I have a 400 tank somewhere, unfortunately I'm 1200 ks away from it, and can't recall the colour. Davey I have a DT250 with a blue tank, so that rings true. I have seen orange tanks, not sure wether it was 250, or 400.
Thank you for your replies.
Cheers, Mark.

Mates had DT400D's dark red/ maroon tanks , my DT 400 E was yellow with black white graphics and then the DT 400 F model was white.
