for new carby give Ian Williams a ring 08 8340 9288  :) new carb is pretty cheap then you wont have the problem of a worn second hand to fix replace parts and tune

the rest alpha sport or I know for a fact ebay got ya rubbers oem not to bad a price either ;)

serco ? sorry sudco should have your rubber bits and a new mik is the way to go. ol mate just did it and the carb bell is much longer on the new ones and the slide is slightly different so he had to get a little machining done to fit it all up.

yep your on the money, Ive got the Sudco manual ;)  you can get it all, shorter bell, left and right etc etc, but wont get Air filter to carby rubber, but they are an easy to source item oh and by the way Ian Williams is in Australia and everything is via the sudco manual, speaking of manual do you have the manual for your bike suzipe 193? it will have all the carb specs (if its a good one)
