Title: TS185 1972-73 Cessnock pick up for $100

Hi all...

I have a bit of a dilemma here with an ebay bike I bought a few weeks back. This was bought from a wrecker off ebay in Cessnock NSW and the bike is still there waiting for pick up. It looks like I will not get it now as the bike company I had to pick it up has gone out of business and it will now not be worth the transport costs to me as petrol/transport prices have gone nuts over last few weeks!!!!

SO anyone who wants a (suposedly rough but running) old TS185 Suzuki for $100 with pick up from Cessnock give me a call and it's first in gets it!!!!! I can email a piccy but it may get sold before all that happens. I expect you could flog it on ebay again for more after a bit of work etc.

Greg ... I bought a bike from the same place - asked them to break it down and put it on the bus as parts , which they did .  Much cheaper than shipping as 1 piece  ;)

Is this QNUP? I've bought some CT1 bits, and [long story abbreviated] I'm wondering if I might have to make a drive to collect them....

Yes i believe this is QNUP but I have had a bugger of a time contacting them and they have not returned my emails. Have tried to phone them but no answer but will keep trying.   :(
I'm over this bike it has been a pain in the ass so i am cutting my losses.
Still going for $100 to whoever wants to go get it!!!!   ::)

I'll be going to Cessnock to pick up some furniture on Monday. I think I'll have room to get it back to Sydney. Does that help you - or anyone else?

If Graeme can fit half a CT1 motor and a TS185 in his car/ute trailer, then I'd be most appreciative. Not sure how to get hold of Mr Upson though...  :-\

Ok Nathan, Graeme...all yours if you can get it...the contact details I have are..

Half a step ahead of you. :) I've just spoken to Paul and he's cool for pick up... (Darren has moved to Qld apparently).
Now to get hold of Graeme - I've got a home phone number for him (02 46xxxxxx), but no way of contacting him on the road.  :-\

Anyone want to PM/SMS me Graeme's mobile number (or otherwise get the two of us in contact in the next couple of hours)?

Bike is now in Sydney and Graeme is now an Oz VMX legend..woohoo...thanks mate!!!   :)

Nathan PM me if ya want this baby or anyone else in Sydney that is interested. I am hoping to get it in a few weeks but as I do need some cash back from the failed transport attempt i will honour my original offer.
