Title: 1990 KDX 200 Eligibility

Wondering if the 1990 KDX would be a carry over the only thing I believe might be different between the:

1989-E1 through to 1991-E3 is the muffler.  Any thoughts.  Appears same frame , motor and suspension I think the front forks changes 92/93.  Different colour plastics is probably the other difference

Carry over from Pre 90?

The way I understand Vinduro is a laid back atmosphere with very few rules. Heaven has Pre 90, VERi has Pre 85 with sensible carry overs and vTr has basically any bike with no upside down fork and/or rear disc brake. If you are starting your own club you can make it whatever you like.
