Obliviously needing a tad more campaign  funds towards his bid for a seat at the state election coming up.
Can you imagine what condition the machine is in...... :(

I rode a 98 RMX when it was close to new, was nothing like the explanation this dude's giving. He either has something special or a black belt in bullshiting.
