73-76 has same spline-is there another kick start that fits these models?

Yes but they hit the rear brake cable

Are you building this bike 1 piece at a time Mike?.......it's a very slow and painfull way to do it. Did you start with a spoke that someone gave you and now you are sharing your pain with us? ;D

Mick 25  don't worry about Joan shes a fellow Unzuder. No just last 3 bits looking for while frame being painted.

The MT250 kickstarter will fit as well. Only difference is it is steel with a rubber boot on the lever end.
