Title: 85 XR250 frame, swingarm, rear wheel, etc.
Post by: Nathan S on October 23, 2014, 07:40:48 pm
Frame in good condition. Dent free lower rails. Has compliance plate, dated late 84.
Swingarm in good nick. No play in bearings.
Tank has been very roughly sanded back, should clean up fine. Inc cap and tap.
side stand.
Rear wheel, has one big corrosion patch on rim. Some cosmetic rust on some spokes. Wheel otherwise seems goof. Tyre very sad (about 15% tread left). Good bearings, 35T sprocket, brake plate included.
Brake pedal straight.
LHS footpeg.
Original handlebars, slightly tweaked but could be straightened for a resto bike.
Triple clamps in VGC.

$80/lot? Will seperate.

Currently located in Canberra, will be in Yass early next week.

Photos later.

Nah, I'm a bike tart.
This is about making the 83 RM125 stop. Hoping like hell that I can get at least 11" of travel out of the XR forks...
