Title: 1976 CR250 HELP Please

Any one have the following information?
How much fork oil?  (clean serviced forks - may be same as MR250?)
How much PSI gas in rear Honda standard shocks?

Hi Bazza .
The MR250 manual states 173-177cc dry assembly , 163cc required to fill after draining .
