Title: 32 or 34mm mikuni vm carb for 1979 rm125
Post by: hessam69 on July 07, 2008, 06:15:04 pm
G'day

I have the choice of putting a standard but rejetted vm32 mikuni carb back on my restored 79 rm125 which has had a fair bit of work done to it, 2mm overbore, dg pipe, reeds, ported cylinder, uni filter, would it suit the stock 32mm or would the extra 2mm airflow from the 34 compliment the rest of the modifications thanks

have you ran it with the 32 yet ,id take it out some where and try the 32  for a few laps then put on the the 34  and do the same   doing  it at the same track and on  the same day will give you a good idea of both set ups

Dude,

Did you decide which way to go ?

Thinking of the same thing for my PE175
