Title: Yamaha air filter cage

Im after an air filter cage for a 1981 YAMAHA IT 250 H if anybody has a spare one or knows where I can get one new or old.

Part # 3 R4-14458-00-00

Same cage fits the following Yamaha models:

1981 IT 250 H / IT 465 H   1981 YZ 250 H  / YZ  465 H

1982 IT 250 J /  IT 490 J    1982 YZ 250 J   / YZ  490 J

does the yz250g with the 6 speed box take the same filter cage??

I may have one Mustafa, send me a picture of the old one and I'll check tomorrow after I'm back from the Road Racing.

ok ive got one but pretty sure its been shifted to my farm but im going there in 1 or 2 weeks time if you can wait that long

Thanks Matt. It's for a mate that's just starting in Vinduro. He picks up his bike in two weeks.

Stainless is the way to go Teddles.  The plastic ones crack (and are hard to find)  ::)
