Appears to be a Dutch concern, using Kriedler 50cc motors. There's a bit of info out there but practically all of it is in Dutch! Check out this enduro model:

Raced at Linkoping Sweden in 2007 and there was a grid of 50s, mostly Sachs engine. They had the equivalent of our Evo suspension travel, which put them on a level footing with the Pre75 125s.
