just in case you don't do tech talk,i need info as above,a straight edge off spool side & distance to rims required please, :P
-
well lets try reverse physcology ::),(everyone likes to say when your'e wrong ;)),i centred the front, rears 15mm spool side,45 from sprocket mount face to rim edge on drum side, thats just where it wants to sit laced??, :P
-
Just mount it into the swingarm and see if it is nicely centered Mick.
Thats what I did with a PE I restored once - It wasnt quite centered so I loosened one side half turn on each nipple, then tightened the other half turn...
I kept doing that until it was spot on.
Does that help?
:)

thanks Hardo, but as i do wheels for local shops/people/customers close to me,i just have the wheels, nothing else, the owners chopped the old spokes out, offset? what's offset ::),still need measurements people, :P

Hi Mick, sorry but been away & just got back home to check the rims for you. Assuming that I have measured what you want & how you want correctly (see pic below), then the meaurements are:
Front 25mm & rear 35mm. Thats measuring to the inside edge of the rim
