Title: CR125/MR175 as a Pre 75 250?

The 75 CR125 is a follow on model as you say but the 175 came out in 75 and there's no 74 to be a follow on from.

I reckon it would be a great bike, sort of like a TM185 but I must grudgingly admit the CR does handle better

Post by: bigk on September 04, 2014, 09:35:46 am: That is not easy to do & wouldn't be worth the effort. You have to ride in the 250 class unless you want to be sneaky so would be out powered anyway.

Post by: jimg1au on September 04, 2014, 12:59:51 pm: there is a guy here in nsw that has a 1977 cr125 very trick and it is as fast as most 250s at nepean dirt track.it run on methanol. its a race bike but looks like a garage queen he never gets it dirty allways in front
