If it's cooper shouldn't be to hard to make one if you know what thickness.

Got a couple of SC500 pistons here that I should sell if anyone is interested. One is new stock without rings and the other is .75 over new with rings.

No i dont have the old one or I would reheat treat it. the bike came with fitted new sleeve and new piston and rings, I have managed to get new pin berring and clips but no head gasket yet.

OKAY ill have a look in my box of tricks, ebay i would have thought had them, but IIRC they are also similar  to something else like a snowbuggy thing

www.plenternz.com in chch has them for $16.90 plus courier of about $7 or so, good guy to deal with & has all sorts of unusual parts including sprocket covers & kickstart parts listed for the SC500
