Title: SC500 part numbers

Hi can anybody please give me the part numbers for SC500: piston pin , bearing and head gasket.Is there a equivalent ie yz490 etc. I have got around to assembling mine and have a fresh sleaved barrel to bore new piston STD and rings.but the other bits are not there.

If you write down  the part numbers you want then go back to the start of the Yam OEM page you will see on the right "search by part number", put the number in & hit search,It will take you to a description of the part,click on "where used" & it should tell you what other bikes use that part :)

Asasin beware of using the US part # in Aust system they have 2 extra numbers on the end . These will just come up on the Aust Yamaha system as not known . just drop them in Aust . there are 2 standard pistons for the SC 363-11631-00-96 which is 94.96 mm or 363-11631-00-98 = 94.98 mm . Rings 363-11611-00 ring std . piston pin 363-11633-00 . little end brg 93310-22062 . head gasket 363-11181-00 .

Thanks Ill try them at my mates Yamaha shop tomorrow . I have the piston and rings  , it looks like it was supposed to be a kit but pin and bering missing.

pin and bearing is same a TX650 i think, piston and ring are only off the 500, as is gaskets

1973 SC500 CRANK - PISTON
1974 SC500A CRANK - PISTON
1974 TX650A CRANK - PISTON TX650A - XS650B - C
1975 XS650B CRANK - PISTON TX650A - XS650B - C

This Yamaha 93310-22062 BEARING,CYL.#10 part is also used on these models and components:
 
1973 SC500 CRANK - PISTON

GASKET, CYLINDER HEAD (363-11181-00) part is also used on these models and components:
 
1973 SC500 CYLINDER - REED VALVE
1974 SC500A CYLINDER - REED VALVE
