No its Harry Everts on a RA Suzuki works bike.  Probably in 1979, I'm sure they were probably single shock in 1980.  Also the first production Full Floater was an X model 1981.  Z was 1982

yeh I forgot x was first. what I thought was interesting was the works bike looked just like the 125x but with twin shocks.
