Can the 200 go any larger?  I thought the 200 was a big bore 185 already?

66.5mm piston is as far as you can safely go on the standard 200 liner. this gives 201cc (up 6cc)
the 218 uses a stroker crank, + the 66.5 piston.
powroll does this, I got ripped by them, paid and never got the crank. beware...
I couldn't find the german 220 thing either, can you put up a link?

i went the other way [200 cylinder on a 125 crank] just because i could--or never had a 200 crank, can't remember. Pretty sure i have my favourite cam in, which was a Ford RS2000 grind but with the lobe centres spread enough so the valves would clear on the overlap to avoid having to cut the seats way back. Anyway long time ago but the motor still goes like hell in a dirt play bike & sounds like a modern short stroke high reving YZ250F or something. That's with a std compression flat top piston & had the same combo in a bucket the boy raced at wanganui street races years ago with a 10.25-1 wiseco in & it realy went well in the clubmans class carving up gsx1100's etc. Anyway, had a new 12-1 but sold it a month ago damn it & to top that of--i sent it off [with a 185 cyld to bore], guy said he'd payed & [you guessed it], no fkn money & it's the other end of country--nearly australia.--still holding out hope. Stroked 200 sounds better though!!.
