Im stuffed if I can make the picture thing work - the bike is my 74KX I bought from New York as an absolute piece of crap about 10 years ago and took all this time to do. Front wheel is a 75 KX = bike is for riding not looking at - she flies but some minor tweaks yet to make it really finished.

Dave it's come a long way since I saw it last ;D very nice indeed.
Just need to locate a 75 front end for mine and we will be on the line together
-
That looks great mate. Full credit to you. :)

The front ends are flexible and crap steering. ,I have a 400 I put different forks which helped.

Agree - the big issue is the backing plate so hence the 75 front wheel - you need to use the 75 forks to do that but there is no way I would ride it with the 74 front on it. It wont see the Nationals for that reason. The good bit is the engine, they really go quick and I rate it with my RH250 for power.
as a famous frog once said "its hard being green"

As you should DT..the engine is so close to a Suzuki..you'd think the same guy developed them both ::) ... tho I haven't seen inside a Froggy..
-
green..I like green ;D
great job!

I saw one from England that had a Betor front end on a 74 but can't find a pic of it to see if it had a standard wheel or what.
-
Why not just fit a Yamaha wheel with the 90% backing plate? Its not that hard?
