Title: Braided brake lines?
Post by: Tim754 on July 19, 2014, 08:17:30 pm
Can I legally fit braided brake lines to my Pre75 disc? as the old rubber one is as supple as a condom. Tim754      Yeah yeah I don't know everything... ::) :P

Thanks Walter :) I had the idea Brembo was already using them by then. My old learners permit bike (Ducati GT750ss...no size cc restrictions back then :D) had to have rubber shit as that was the road law in Victoria at the time!!!     Gees I wish I still had the GT and The RT450 single trail   ........ and the 900 Imola.... I had back then ::)

They can now be certified for road use, too.
The bonus of this is that they are now much easier to get holf of - a fair percentage of brake and clutch specialists can now make them.
