YEs i have found a guy that has a few IT he is breaking up, all years, all parts.
Send me a list and the prices youll go too, ill put the hard word on him and see if i can get em for any thing less than what you want to pay and see if i can get them out of him, happy to post to you for whatever it cost to wherever you are also
there was at least 3 barrels i saw, tanks, shocks, electrics, plastics. that went for a 84 CR 250 and i also saw some pre 85 Suzi's in there too.
-
what prefix barrel is it you need,i have one but not sure if it or dt elc.
-
I also have some IT stuff. If you can tell me prefix and/or what to look for, i might have something.
-
1W2 is what he wants.
3R6 or 5X8 are no good.
Any monoshock DT175 barrel will do the job too - they're the ones with 6 studs coming out of the barrel to hold the head on.
The late (1985+) DT175 barrels are the best of the lot - they can be identified by the bridged intake port, and the case-to-barrel nuts that can be removed with a ring spanner (the earlier ones need a socket - this will be obvious when you look at the barrel).
I'm also looking for a 1W2 IT175, or 2A7 DT175 barrel, but Twinny has first dibbs.
Edit: I'm a fat-fingered idiot.... 2A7 = DT175, 2A6 = DT125... Thanks for the gentle prod, Noel. :)
