Does any body know the timing on a 1979 250.

I don't, how's it looking for CD?.....you haven't scratched that tank I hope....LOL.....Sargent Shultz should have a website somewhere that would know.....most 250's are between 2 and 2.5mm. Look at the marks from the screws where they have been.

Good start is slap bang in the middle of viewing window then look to the plug from thereon !
