hey Tim how does dum dum here enlarge for print out? I just got small faint pages printing out at the left hand/top of page :-[

enlarge for print out? I use Firefox as my browser not Windows so maybe this may not work for you, I just put the cursor on, then click the page I want. It opens in a new window at full size. Then I just print that page.
Also does your printer have a page setup section? (It should have...) Find it and enlarge the print out maybe?
Will see if I can create a PDF file of links photos, but don't hold your breath or farts....
Ask someone/anyone that be there with you Pete to help , You will be amazed at what the even the most "untechy" person will know on the dreaded compoota , printer front. ;)
and Paul's prints are neat gear! ;)

looks great, hey what oil and ratio do you use ie full syn @ 25:l and howdo we pay for poster have got the smaller version A4.
can ya help Tim and I out with the manaul and any hints on the 1983 tuneing esp for the sidecar ;)

just send me your address for the engine poster for a 83 490 ,I have to get a postal tube from the post office then I can tell you how much the posters are 15.00 plus tube and stamps

I had a 490 Maico enduro outfit
We put 6" into the top end of the pipe to make it more torquey
Drilled a small hole in the front of the piston to oil the exhaust bridge
That was it!

thanks for that, yep we to have done the header extension on a HEWA chamber, but will do the RM/PE piston holes, so thanks for the information and am interested in hearing how it all went for you. cheers

YAY scored myself an original Maico Manual its for the 1985/86 model but other than the water cooled they are pretty much the same as the 1984 SC and for a princely sum of $20 :) :D ;D its in deutch but Pauls engine chart will help with the translation as the charts is in german and Anglo
